访问量:0

Project Overview

Located in Juye County, Heze, Shandong, the company is an integrated enterprise dedicated to the R&D, production, and sales of high-end flavors, fragrances, and food additives. With a core focus on four major product categories—alcohols, acids, esters, and ketones—it serves a wide range of industries including food, personal care, and pharmaceuticals.

The project is designed with a treatment capacity of two systems with airflows of 18,000 m³/h and 15,000 m³/h, respectively.

Key Technical Challenges

l The organic waste gas is characterized by complex composition, containing multiple VOCs with significant concentration fluctuations and strong odors in some streams, presenting considerable challenges for odor removal and compliance control.

l The waste gas primarily contains esters, alcohols, aldehydes, ketones, and odorous sulfides, with certain corrosive properties, imposing high requirements on process safety and operational stability.

Process Flow
